67-year-old Georges Perrier is about to sell Philadelphia's culinary treasure, the iconic Le Bec-Fin, after more than four decades. Perrier wants to pass the business to young chef Nicholas Elmi (of "Top Chef" fame), but has trouble letting go of the spatula.
