How many times do we go to find a recipe, and the first thing we do is see how the creator prepared it and photographed it. If it doesn’t look good to us, we dismiss it (even if we know it wouldn’t look anything like that for us anyway). Joe Pastry mixes it up, instead just giving you the recipe to try yourself. No fancy pictures to show you what his looked like, nothing to get your hopes up: just the food to enjoy.
