Novak Djockovic surprised the world with an impressive tennis performance year round. What he did to reach this excellence level in performance was not changing coach, conditioning trainer, racquets or servetowinanything related specifically with tennis; all he did was change what he eat! That’s the biggest argument he used to write his book “Serve to Win: The 14-Day Gluten-Free Plan for Physical and Mental Excellence”.

Inside the pages, the reader makes a quick trip to Djockovic childhood and teenage years, learning a little bit about him before dropping the bomb. Djockovic tells the reader how he managed to make a transition to a gluten free diet, and how that small change helped to become an extraordinary tennis player. Here is a sample of the extraordinary level of athleticism he achieved.
